We are committed to providing an excellent and unbroken service during UK business hours and we shall use all commercially reasonable en- deavours to ensure that that is the case. However, there maybe times when the service isn't working as you require or when you require addi- tional assistance to take advantage of the service.
Before contacting us, we ask that you first consult our User Documentation, which requires you to be logged onto the service to access it. This will show you how to, for example, cancel or amend quotes or pull all of your quotes from the platform.
If the User Documentation does not cover your particular issue and/or if something has gone wrong, you should lodge a Support Request via Contact Us. You may also email us a Support Request, sending it to: email@example.com. Please include a brief description of your issue. For urgent matters, if you include a telephone number, one of our help-desk will contact you directly, as soon as we can.
Support Requests cannot be made, at this time, via any other channel including, live-chat or messenger services, or over the phone. We reserve the right to change our Support Policy from time to time and we hope to be able to expand the various channels over which we can provide support in the future.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorised employees within the company only use information collected from individual customers on a need to know basis. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Laws exist that make it an offence for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by PleXHub will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
